  On multiple occasions I've waited over an hour for delivery when I live 8 minutes away. For the second time in a row, they have forgotten part of my order. The first time I called back and they said they would bring the forgotten food and never did, the second time they picked up the landline and immediately hung up. I love the food but the delivery and service has been horrible ever since the change in ownership. Even when I visited the store recently I was told to wait so the cashier could finish a personal phone call and was I was treated rudely by the servers. Cluck-U has lost a loyal customer due to the treatment I have received from the Red Bank location.
